Key Responsibilities

  • Order      Fulfillment: Accurately locate, select, and pick products from shelves      based on pick lists, requisitions, or digital systems (scanners/RF      scanners).
  • Packing      & Staging: Securely pack items, apply labels, and stage completed      orders for loading onto trucks.
  • Inventory      Management: Assist 

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Order      Fulfillment: Accurately locate, select, and pick products from shelves      based on pick lists, requisitions, or digital systems (scanners/RF      scanners).
  • Packing      & Staging: Securely pack items, apply labels, and stage completed      orders for loading onto trucks.
  • Inventory      Management: Assist with receiving, stocking new inventory, conducting      physical counts, and reporting shortages.
  • Equipment      Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet      jacks, or order pickers.
  • Warehouse      Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Accuracy      & Detail-Oriented: High focus on selecting correct items and      quantities.
  • Physical      Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift heavy items      (e.g., 50-70 lbs).
  • Basic      Skills: Reading comprehension, basic math, and time management.
  • Experience:     Familiarity with warehouse operations, RF scanners, and sometimes forklift      operation is preferred. 

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced      warehouse setting.
  • May      involve physical exertion, repetitive tasks, and working in various      conditions (cold, noisy).
  • Often      involves shift work, including nights or weekends during peak seasons.

  • Payment      Handling: Accept various payment types (cash, credit/debit, checks, gift      cards) and provide correct change and receipts.
  • Customer      Service: Greet customers, answer questions, help locate items, and offer      recommendations.
  • Problem      Resolution: Handle complaints, process returns, and manage exchanges.
  • Cash      Management: Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of      shifts.
  • Merchandising      & Maintenance: Keep the checkout area neat, stocked, and presentable;      bag items.
  • Product      Knowledge: Stay updated on promotions, products, and store policies.

  • Basic      math skills and high accuracy.
  • Excellent      communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability      to learn POS systems quickly.
  • Reliability,      trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic.

  • Cooking: Assisting with cooking dishes, potentially for special diets or specific menu items.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils; adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory & Stocking

 Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Washing, chopping, peeling, cutting ingredients; preparing recipes as directed.
  • Cooking: Assisting with cooking dishes, potentially for special diets or specific menu items.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils; adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory & Stocking: Helping with food orders, receiving supplies, and managing stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Menu Support: Assisting with meal planning, testing new dishes, and creating food orders.
  • Plating & Service: Plating meals, delivering food, and ensuring presentation quality.
